This shoe provides the cutting edge for all competitive volleyball players. It provides optimal comfort with its broad set of conventional insoles provided by the Mizuno Wave Technology. The biomechanical engineered Mizuno Wave midsole disperses impact forces evenly over the length and width of the midsole, providing unrivaled cushioning. The new midsole technology also resists overpronation (excessive movement of the subtalar joint), relieving stress on ankle and knee joints.
Volleyball players across the country are choosing the Mizuno Wave Spike 12 due to its new VS-1 technology. The VS-1 shock-absorbing cushion provides top quality absorption on impact, while also providing an efficient and smooth toe off. The VS-1 is made primarily (70%) of vibration absorption material and the remainder (30%) being E.V.A. and isoprene rubber. Its latest durable memory technology allows the cushion to return to its original form after primary impact has taken place, giving athletes the desired comfort repeatedly.
